 “I started training with 3Q Fitness a little less than a year ago. I wanted to try something different because I had been working out on my own, with my boyfriend, for a while and the results just weren’t there. So I started my workouts at 3Q Fitness Studio and dedicated myself to following their nutrition recommendations and within a month, I started seeing results. People were telling me how great I looked. Now I didn’t have a lot of weight to lose, but they could definitely see that my appearance had changed.

Just so you know how far I’ve come…I started off not being able to even push myself up off the floor and I couldn’t even do push-ups with my upper body elevated all that well either. Now I can do 50 push-ups from the floor in a workout which is pretty awesome and that’s a really great feeling. I recently had a chance to meet a new member of the 3Q Fitness family before a workout and she told me that I’m exactly where she wants to be and that was awesome to hear! It’s great to know that all the hard work I’ve put in to get healthy and fit has inspired someone else to want to do the same.
