3Q Fitness Studios provides a 12-week structure and professional guidance for those who want to workout at their home gym – including nutritional / cardiovascular protocols which can help you prevent injury and more efficiently reach your goals.
3-Step Program Design Process

1. ConsultationEach program starts with our clients providing detailed information about their goals and the training facilities / machines which they have access to. 2. Develop Program3Q Fitness then develops a comprehensive 12-week program which optimizes a combination of nutritional / cardiovascular / resistance and flexibility training. 3. Training SessionWe then schedule a 75 minute training session where you meet one-on-one with a 3Q Fitness professional to go through all of the exercises within the program design and answer any questions which you may have. |

Custom Program Design ServicesDepending on your specific needs, 3Q Fitness Studios would be happy to visit your home / gym setup to demonstrate exercises on the equipment you have available.
We also offer a 4-week program design interval which provides an initial 75 minute training session and then work on a weekly basis thereafter. Price varies depending on your needs |
