IMETT Cardiovascular ProfileTrying to lose weight? Often times people tend to exercise too much and too long. The IMETT Cardiovascular Profile will help us understand your current fitness level and determine the most efficient way to get it where you want to go. This process creates a tailored 6 week Cardiovascular Training plan that will cater to your “training zones”, prevent injury and produce better, more efficient results. Functional Movement ScreeningIt is important to assess your body’s static and dynamic posture to discover where you they most likely to sustain an injury. By assessing your body’s static and dynamic posture through 7 different screens – we can discover where you are most likely to sustain an injury. 3Q’s professionals then provide a personal corrective exercise program to help you get on (and stay on) the right track to see great results.
