What is CrossFit?
Crossfit is the chosen conditioning program for police academies, tactical operations teams and professional athletes. The Crossfit training methodology uses highly varied workouts – helping you develop a balanced healthful body while decreasing the chance that you’ll get injured (or bored!). We hold affordable small-group classes throughout the week and several times a day at 3Q Fitness Studios state-of-the-art coaching facility in Garland Texas.

CrossFit Regular ClassesMust Successfully Pass Crossfit Foundations before entering Crossfit Regular Classes CrossFit Regular classes are one-hour sessions which turn your fitness level up a notch and provide you with constantly varied fun workouts at a relative high level of intensity. The CrossFit Program helps you:
One-Hour group classes are held at several times throughout the week at 3Q Fitness Studios facilities in Garland Texas – with 5:00am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm classes to fit your schedule. |
