What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is the chosen conditioning program for police academies, tactical operations teams and professional athletes. The CrossFit training methodology uses highly varied workouts – helping you develop a balanced healthful body while decreasing the chance that you’ll get injured (or bored!). We hold affordable small-group classes throughout the week and several times a day at 3Q Fitness: CrossFit Garland’s state-of-the-art coaching facility in Garland, Texas. CrossFit Classes CrossFit classes are one-hour sessions which turn your fitness level up a notch and provide you with constantly varied fun workouts at a relative high level of intensity. The CrossFit Program helps you:
