What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is the chosen conditioning program for police academies, tactical operations teams and professional athletes. The CrossFit training methodology uses highly varied workouts – helping you develop a balanced healthful body while decreasing the chance that you’ll get injured (or bored!). We hold affordable small-group classes throughout the week and several times a day at 3Q Fitness: CrossFit Garland’s state-of-the-art coaching facility in Garland, Texas.  Learn more about CrossFit Garland.

CrossFit Classes

CrossFit classes are one-hour sessions which turn your fitness level up a notch and provide you with constantly varied fun workouts at a relative high level of intensity. The CrossFit Program helps you:

  • Stay Motivated in an encouraging, family-oriented environment
  • Customized Intensity / Load allows any age or fitness level to engage in CrossFit
  • Prevent Injuries by working you certified CrossFit coach who will teach you proper technique
  • Build Confidence with a new physique and “can-kick-butt” attitude

 

One-Hour group classes are held at several times throughout the week at 3Q Fitness Studios facilities in Garland, Texas – with 5:00am, 8:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm classes to fit your schedule.

CrossFit Foundations

A 12-session program which develops your basic skills and capacity before jumping into the fast-paced environment of the CrossFit Classes. The CrossFit Foundation Program helps you:

  • Reduce Frustrations by helping you “get it” before jumping in with fast-moving classes
  • Ramp-up the Intensity of the workouts over an 4 week period to prevent injury and burn-out
  • Connect with Certified Instructor who can help with individualized challenges and nutrition plan.
  • Workout Alongside Others who are determined, fun and just getting started too!

 

Our CrossFit Foundations Program participants lose weight, become noticeably fitter and feel better about themselves in just 12 sessions – the perfect introduction to our CrossFit Classes!
